Tired

Supposed to be 3 x 3' TR tonight I think, so I thought a CTC piece would be a good idea. But I must have been tired after yesterday and I couldn't finish.

So I went for a 500m piece . I think that I would have finished it as a PB without the earlier failure. As it was I gave up with 100m to go when I knew a PB was not on.

Thanks for the comment John. I hope you are wrong. I will need to do a pace test soon and I will be aiming for sub 6:50. I will let you know how that goes.
