Felt a lot better today but by no means perfect. I spent the afternoon sorting out my garden shed - the "bench" in there was untouched from when we moved in and the woodworm (and accumulated detritus) saw its collapse the other day. I realised this when getting the mower out yesterday. The new mower can scarify as well as mow - and pulled a massive volume of moss and old dead grass out of the lawn.

Anyway, with the help of my nephew (I dragged him away from Super Mario) I took all the stuff out of the shed, dismantled and burned the wood-worm ridden bench, swept up and replaced everything. A lot of rubbish was chucked or burned. The shed now seems a whole lot bigger of course. No idea how long it will stay that way.

I did some rowing too. 2 x 15' UT1. After being relatively unwell, and in a dusty shed a lot of the day I was pleased to feel relatively strong and do the same number of metres (2m more) than the last time I did a 15' UT1. I paced it with my PB until I could no longer keep the heart rate, and intend to keep this up as a comparable way of doing it.

Good job Thomas.
Only one problem, it now seems far too tidy for a proper garden shed! LOL
Too true. It can't last. You should have seen all the stuff I threw away...
