10k slowish

I had a rest day yesterday because I wanted to cook for MBH. Home made ravioli (I make my own pasta!). The row I missed was supposed to be a 10km "no faster than 10 seconds faster than thet endurance intervals". Since I managed 1:50.8 the other day I thought that 2:00.8 sounded about right. I pfaffed around after starting to row, and missed a few strokes browsing to the PP instructions (DOH!) so it was really a 2:00 split piece.

I am now nervous about tomorrow - when I start from the top of the PP again with the 8 x 500m session. Do I try to keep up the previous splits or ease off? I will be asking advice from my team mates.
