Don't know why I do this sometimes. Decided to do a "pace test" for Evesham. Despite all teh rubbish I have been churning out I decided to try for a 1:39.9 1,500m piece.
Now this is waaaaay faster than anything I have done before, so I am clearly insane. I didn't even get to 1,000m at that pace. The "why?" thought kicked in and I stopped.
I imagine I will go off at Evesham at 1:42 and see how I go.
Sigh.
