I should have been more positive...
The warm up at Evesham felt awful and I was incredibly nervous.
But I pulled a crafty negative split 5:22.7 which is the exact same time as my PB. With more faith I could have gone faster. I was very negative before hand.
No time for a big post now because MBH is hinting that I am being antisocial.
Brilliant to meet more Free Spirits. All mad, all great people.
