36' UT2 - RowPro bugs

Not having done a UT2 (well under the Anaerobic Threshold) for a while, the difficulty was pacing this. I looked back in my history and found some conflicting information. In the end I went for a 2:00 pace boat. I led that for about 15 minutes before getting home at 2:04.9 split (8,645m). My heart was hard to control at 144 bpm which suggests to me that I am still struggling with a virus despite feeling fine. A UT2 should not be hard and it wasn't. But it was the longest continuous row for a while and amazingly I got a minor blister! Very rare for me.

It is my birthday on Monday (exact same day and year as Kylie Minogue!) and I am pondering buying myself a PM3 or possibly a PM4. Not sure why I'd get a PM4 but I suspect I will be buying a Suunto t6 one day and having the display show my heart rate is quite important to me. Hey, maybe I will buy both? Not sure how I'd get my heart rate on RowPro using a Suunto and PM3? Maybe have to wear two chest straps?

I was playing with RowPro tonight and found another bug (I found the "can't make a pace boat any more" one quite quickly :( ). The new one is when sorting by row details. Now I name my rows things like "36' UT2" but if you try and filter by this RowPro falls over because of the apostrophe. Now it is BASIC programming standards to include a check for single apostrophes and "escape" them. I am amazed that RowPro does not do this. It is a great piece of software - but is also deeply flawed.

Sure is very flawed, I keep finding more and more bugs in it .
