Gentle stretch out...

Worked very hard in the garden today. Still feeling a bit ropey in the mornings though. This might be because of over indulgence in red wine following a somewhat stressfull "cooking for mummy with Elizabeth" last night.

Anyway, after a good row yesterday, and tired arms and legs from hefting earth to fill my raised beds (barrow after barrow after barrow moved 50m up hill), I decided that a little gentle row today was teh best thing.

I rowed for 2:00 until I started to labour then eased back and paddled for five minutes. I now need to start thinking carefully about how I run in to BIRC. The "10 before BIRC" died a death with my cold so I need a new plan.

Metres today: 4,474
