I had not rowed since Thursday when I surprised myself and did a new PB for the half marathon. We went out twice in the evenings at the weekend. Even though I did not drink after Friday night I was very tired by the end of the two days.
I mowed the lawn tonight and suspect that hay fever got hold of my lungs. In my first 10' AT piece tonight I was going very well - but then popped once I eased off the 1:45 pace. Very odd. I wasn't expecting it. I did not realise I had "suboptimal" lungs so guess that explains it.
I then had a rather slow warm down.
Hope it is better tomorrow. At least the lawn looks nice (though it has those annoying seed heads because I did not mow last weekend! Wish the mower had teeth along the front!)
