Today was my first day back after a parents evening (Thursday) and my middle daughter's 5th birthday party (Friday). I am not sure which one left me more exhausted. Probably the party. One hundred over excited 5 year olds (it felt like more than that) is pretty hard work. It would have been worse had my mother not catered thought I wish she'd had more faith in the weather.
Just a little 12' AT today at 172hr rating 26. I have decided to start all AT pieces at a 1:45 split and see how long it lasts. Today it was around 4 minutes but I will look more carefully at this in future rows.
