Planning ahead

I have spent the time since BIRC in a pretty disorganised state with regard to my rowing. No plan, no improvement, not a clue really. I have lost weight though, but I suspect this is luck rather than judgement.

So, I have spent the evening:
1) Drinking a bottle of wine;
2) Watching "Batman Begins"; and
3) Working out my plan for the next few weeks.

I decided to follow the Concept 2 80,000m marathon training plan - aiming to do my marathon on 22nd April, starting as the main London Marathon kicks off. My training plan (excel format) is the last few weeks of the Concept 2 plan, with me rowing 5 sessions a week with (normally) Tuesdays and Saturdays off.

I still want to do the bleep test and step test, so will factor them in once I am feeling 100% when rowing once more.
