Woke this morning at 4am feeling terrible. By 5am I felt the need for lemsip, called in sick and set cover for the day ahead. I returned to bed and slept 'til 11am. Then a very quiet day punctuated by the appearance of my exciting prize for winning the concept2 youtube.com competition. I spent most of the afternoon in bed.
I took the opportunity of a quiet day to do the much put off "major upgrade" to the site. You can read about this (and how you can help) in the forum.
I'm still undecided about racing on Saturday. I feel better but my body temperature is a bit erratic and I am pretty snotty. I'll be there to cheer people on no matter what.
