I wa planning a 10k slowly today, but that compressed to 10k by family commitments and then at about 5k RowPro went weird (showing my rowing in from about 500m away with a long shot of the lake), and at the same time my heart rate on the monitor leaped to 230. Since I was not dead I figured there was a problem but had to stop to check my pulse to be sure. There I was at a stately 160.
So in the end all the distractions made me stop at 6,000m.
