It just doesn't feel right at the moment. Seating feels wrong (weird numbness down left leg and I constantly feel I am sitting too far to the right (I'm not!)), I want to stop when my heart rate gets above 160, and then I do stop. I only managed 24 minutes at a stretch this time. I wa going to do a 10k but realised that the dehumidifier needed emptying and had to stop (otherwise the PC and TV steam up!).
I imagine it is fatigue (I don't feel ill) so will keep doing long rows until I can finish one!
