Not rowed for three days! Tuesday is always a bit tight so I aimed for a 30 minute recovery row. I set off very slowly because I was fiddling with the TV and decided to end under 1:55 split so ended up rowing the whole thing at around 1:54. I am trying to do these recovery rows a bit harder at the moment to see if I gain overall.
Still off the booze in an effort to push my mass down, but 3 days off won't help that. Portion control has got to come in to play too!
