Getting back into it

Today was a "steady" 10k. I aim for sub 39 minutes on these rows to keep me honest. My hgeart rate slowly rises to 170 (AT) over this time.

My body is slowly tuning itself back in to rowing. It still feels a little odd (my seat never seems right and my wrist is sore) but it is better every day. I was performing very very well before the holiday and I suspect it will be at leat two weeks before I feel that strong again.
