Another 3 x 8'AT again today, which was what I did on Thursday. I put in the wrong pace boat and thought I must have really improved in four days since I raced away. By the time I was 30m up I smelled a rat and realised that I was racing the second row from Thursday not the first!
In the end, the first row turned out the be 37m shorter than the first on Thursday. But I must be recovering better (or for longer?) since I went a total of 31m further over the three rows. This means that I caught up 68m over the second two rows which is a fair amount given that they were supposedly at the same stroke and heart rate.
I have no idea what this is telling me!
It was good to read on John's blog that he has found some pace and on Janet's that her return to work is coming along. Things are improving in the Free Spirits Universe.
