Recovery

I think I was so exhausted because I have been "recovering" too hard. Aiming for pace not recovery. I decided to row today at heart rate less than 160, and to up the distances as I get in to it next week. I think 1 hour at 2:10 is probably better than an exhausting 10k at 1:59.9. I need to feel in shape to row, and if I am exhausted it is no good at all.
