Today I was bnack in form with my best 5 x 1,500m row since March 2008. My 4 x 5 mins with Wolfie the other day gave me confidence to aim for sub 1:50 throughout and I ended with a 1:46.4 and a 1:49.0 average.
My best on this was approaching 1:45 split, so there is a way to go, but I could certainly go faster on this one.
Pleased with myself! When rowing is going I feel much more buoyant.
