I need to build stamina, so the aim was to row a 10,000m at 2:00 until my heart rate hit 160 then hold the heart rate at 160 (165 max). I was pleased to get to 5,000m as my heart rate hit 160, and held it together well with a 40:19 @ 2:00.9.
My shoulders have been pretty sore from the hundredpushups programme. I am doing this out of interest (I've always been rubbish at press-ups), and it can only help my rowing.
My mind is still on sub 7 though...
