250 / 500 / 750 / 1000 / 750 / 500 / 250 with rests...
The first time I did this session it left me whimpering, and I have treated it with respect ever since. Today I thought I could geta 1:41.x average, but was not too confident.
I aimed to always start hard, be under 1:41 on the very short ones and not panic too much if drifting above on the longer ones. In the 1k piece I was going along at 1:46 for a time and hurting, but didn't panic and brought it home in under 1:43.
The last two pieces were pretty good - under 1:40 on thte 500m, then a very violent sub 1:30 split 250m. I ended with a really great 1:40.7!!
What I am missing is stamina, so I have got too keep up the distance on the recovery rows. I really want to get sub 7 again, I just need the confidence.
