Pete Plan - a good one today.

Two days off and today I had a good row. My heart rate monitor was on the blink, but I have learned to listen to my body when rowing recently, and I just plodded along. The session was the 3k/2.5k/2k with 5 minutes rest. I got home in an average of 1:52.3 I think.

What really pleased me was that I had a strong last 500m on the last 2,000m rep. This gives me confidence going forwards, and building up for the hard 10k on Wednesday I have planned.
