A better10k tonight. Strider's comment in the last message spurred me on to beat a 2:00 split for 10k. Not much time to post tonight ,but it was a very controlled piece - sticking rigidly to 1:59.x splits all the way through then accelerating for the last 10k. Maybe my blood is thickening - which gives that immediate performance boost when coming back.
Tomorrow, back on to the Pete Plan if I can manage to row.
