I've not really rowed wince the sub 7 2k Coldy, sore and phlegmy lungs have held me back.
So I had to row today just to find out if I was on the mend. I felt weak on warm up but thought "what the hell" and went for 3k/2.5k/2k pyramid. It wasn;t pretty, and I only got half way in the first one. I then tried to do a 5k at 130 hr but felt pretty ropen and stopped after a further 2k.
