Hot!

Spent most of the day working on my gate. It has shrunk over the years and needed fixing. Quite pleased with the result on the first side. I replaced one plank with one 2cm wider but it was a big job. It had to be shaped in several ways with hammer and chisel. Pictures may follow. (I made the gate - it is the entrance to the driveway - with my dad seven years ago).

Then a row. I should ow in the morning in the summer since the room with the erg does not get the sun until after 1pm. Sadly I rowed at 5:30pm. I did 2 x 7' AT (172/26). This was again at the low drag factor. I did not go as far as the last time I did this session. The heat? Fatigue from working on the gate for four hours? Drag factor? Blood donation? (How long can I blame that for?).

7' AT Piece 28th July 4th August

Not sure what to do tomorrow. Normal session? CTC piece? 1,000m PB attempt? It is the last chance to row before two weeks away.
