I put on weight on holiday. Heaven knows how I am going to avoid the same in Italy!
I did a 15' UT1 today as a bench mark. I went 24 metres fewer than the row straight after giving blood. Not good. Well over 100m down on my PB for this row. There is going to be a lot of work to do in the run up to BIRC. I entered with a time of 6:40 but think that is pretty optimistic!!
