Short post - got to go to bed. Reading Harry Potter 7 to MBH and getting exciting (I finished it for myself in two days!)
4 x 2' TR (182/28) was tough. The low df made it easier to accelerate when getting tired, but I never actually got to 182 HR in any of the pieces. In all of them I was approaching that at the end of the piece (179/179/179/180). Possibly have less recovery or pull harder?
The first interval was at 1:34 or something but they got slower of course. I was still bothered by my "bloody arm". A little sore and distracting. Annoying that. Maybe next time I will ask them if it is possible to take the blood from somewhere else. Or I will do cross training for a week?
