9 days to Evesham, and my training is going very badly. A week off at a critical time did not help. Today I thought I would try for one mile at 1:45 pace but that was beyond me.
I'll definitely be at Evesham, but whether in FS kit and racing, I don't know at the moment.
Metres today: not enough!
