I will race at Evesham and my target is to beat 5:30. I managed a 5:34 tonight. I will do a recovery row tomorrow then try another mile on Wednesday if things feel all right and try to get a bit closer to 5:30. If that goes well then I have my race plan. I did a 5:16 last year a massive 1 second faster for each 100m of the race but that is completely out of the question now.
