I am between a rock and a hard place at the moment. About to ship off the erg, frantically packing up the house, but wanting to maintain a modicum of fitness.
I aimed for a 30 minutes at 2:00 split tonight but just now stopped rowing after 2,100m. I am going to try for another 2k at 2:00 and just keep plugging away. I am beginning to think that I should just row on heart rate when I row since I am finding time so infrequently.
Later: Failed on 2k @ 2:00! Only managed 5 mins. Not so good.
I will just do 10 more mins on HR (145) and call it a day.
Stupidly hard!
