Very hot today, so I nearly didn't row. But I thoughtvid be letting Wolfie down so marched out to the garage.
I felt strangely good in the warm up so instead ofa 30 mins I did a 5k CTC row. I'd seen that MaxDev was 'in' with a 1:51.1 and I kept an eye on that. More than an eye on fact because at half way my average was 1:51.5 and I thought 'what the hell, I'll hang on in there'. I had a very good last 500m (1:44.5 I think) and posted a respectable sub 18:30 time given my lack of fitness.
This suggests I can go back under7 minutes for 2k!
