I have done this before (repeatedly), and pretty much know what to expect. But it does not get any easier.
Today was very tough. Bit off too much I think in trying the first reps of a Pete Plan session. I had no pretensions to go fast or complete the session, I just wanted to complete it. Now, my lungs are shot (probably the cold) and I am glum that I stopped on the second rep.
I warmed down with the monitor turned away and after the dodgy row was pleased that I managed 2,400 odd at 2:08ish.
