Steady improvements (including a sub 7)

Remiss in posting recently because work is pretty demanding at the moment and I am clearly rubbish.

But I managed some reasonable Pete Plan rows that gave me confidence to go sub-7 with a 6:58 the other day. It was hard but there is more. I just feel weak at the finish.

Today I did 30 minutes at 1:59.9 split - maximum heart rate of 164, which is not bad. Slowly working back up to the 10k.

Metres today: 10,000
Metres yesterday: 16! For the Free Spirits global day (one stroke at the end of a long day)
