After fluffing my recovery row on Thursday I didn't want to make that mistake today.
Rowed a steady 10km at low rating (20-22) at sub 40 minute pace. My heart rate was 168 at the end.
I can't help comparing this with the near death experience of my first "sub-40" 10km some years ago. I didn't really get to my anaerobic threshold today.
