I have not managed a long row and need to get some under my belt if I am going to do anything at all at the long distances. Years ago I used to do 22 stroke rate 130 heart rate 10,000m rows, and that is what I did today.
Whilst I feel quite fit, I was surprised to find that my time was equivalent to my early days of comeback, back in 2006. I have a long way to go.
