I plugged in my details to the interactive training guide and got this: Thomas' training plan
So, next time I row it is TEST. 2,000m flat out to see if I can get my estimated target of 7:30.
I am hoping that posting my progress here (and cloning it to my blog) will encourage me to actually do the rows. The whole NZ jaunt has greatly affected my regime. It has been non-existent for some months.
