Tried for a sub 7 today. Failed at 1,000m @ 1:45.
This put in to perspective my "40 @ 1:40 before I'm 40" challenge last year, where I rowed a 1k at 1:40 every day for 40 days.
Not sure I could manage that now. The celebratory charity ball for Project 40 is on Saturday. It raised well over the £40,000 target :D
