Putting less in

Back in the UK, and back on the eternal comeback.  I need to call it something different since I am perpetually on the comeback.  I have been eating less and rowing early in the morning.  This makes drinking at night far less alluring.  The ultimate aim is to row early in the morning 3-4 times a week, but I have not had the will to do that, nor do I find it easy to pull hard in the early morning.


I am following the Concept2 weight loss programme rather loosly.  Today should have been 2 x 18' UT1 but I was so tired after two sold days of massive garden rebuilding that I switched it to 3 x 2,000m UT2/1.  I got there but my legs are shot.

Metres today: 7,000ish
