Struggling on. It is three months since I started this thread and I just started week 4 of the plan. Hmmm. But, today I wanted to row (yay - that has not been true for a long time) and dragged my sorry arse out in the rain to row for the third time in five days. This is mental progress at least.
I rowed 42' UT2 (144hr) and was some way short of 10k, ending at around 2:15 and averaging 2:11. I did a 1:59.x HM once(and a 2:59 FM...). I did 42' rather than the 40' in the plan to compare with one I did exactly 3 years ago. That one was over 10k at 2:04. A long way to go.
But 42' is better than 0' and I played netball for 45 minutes yesterday (which turns out to be a great game) so I just hope I can keep this up.
