Edging back

Now I have rowed three times in six days. I hope it is a pattern. I wanted to row yesterday but couldn't fit it in, so this is a good sign.

The C2 weight loss plan seems to be easing me in with a lot of UT1 rows, this goes on for the first three weeks. It was stonkingly hot today and very sweaty. 18 minutes at UT1 was OK and I am getting used to being back on board.
